Invested US$27.1 million in DMA Sales, LLC

Houston, November 30, 2021/PRNewswire/-Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN) ("Main Street") is pleased to announce that it has recently completed a new investment portfolio to promote DMA Sales, LLC ("DMA" or "Company"), a leading value-added designer and distributor, provides various driving control and other products for automobiles, utility vehicles, heavy vehicles and selected industrial equipment. Main Street and its co-investors worked with the company’s existing owners and senior management team to facilitate the transaction, and Main Street provided $27.1 million in funding in the form of a combination of priority liens, senior secured term debt, and direct minority investment.

DMA (www.dma-sales.com) was established in 2008 and is headquartered in Tabor, North Carolina. It is a leading dealer in the North American automotive aftermarket. DMA mainly focuses on the field of cycling control, providing services to a diversified customer base of OEM, large retail, wholesale and e-commerce sales channels. DMA's products include complete strut assemblies, bare struts, shock absorbers, coil springs, brake wear sensors and lifting brackets.
